The management of users and projects is done via the page ‘My projects/users’.

Creating a project

To create a project, it is necessary to create a new project.

N.B. : only a SuperAdmin or an admin can create users and projects.

Creating a user

Once the project is created, select it to create users linked to this project. Then, you can add a new user by defining his role.

N.B. : all files are request (except the email alert): if they are not filled, the creation will not succeed.

Edit a user

• Edit his informations

• Edit his role

• Remove the user from the project

The same user can has two different roles into two different projects.

Add a thesaurus to a project

If the project is created after the thesaurus, it is possible to add the thesaurus to the project so that project users cans work with/access the thesaurus . To do this, go to Profile > All thesauri.
